If an individual is placed on a Potential Impeachment Disclosure list for a pending investigation, when can the individual be removed from the list?

It is not necessary for each Prosecuting Attorney to create their own Potential Impeachment Disclosure Committee – delegating it to some other county or entity is sufficient.
