The Criminal Deputy Prosecuting Attorney represents the State of Washington in Chelan County courts and in state appellate courts for criminal cases filed in Chelan County. This position involves both litigation and courtroom representation, and office practice including advice, analysis and the drafting and review of documents. This position is Exempt, non-union, full-time, in office Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, excluding paid holidays. Working remotely once a week also possible.
