The Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney represents Chelan County in civil cases including hearings, trials, and appeals, and provides legal advice to Chelan County and its departments under the direction of the Prosecuting Attorney. This position involves both litigation and courtroom representation, and office practice including advice, analysis and the drafting and review of documents. This position is Exempt, non-union, full-time, in office Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, excluding paid holidays. Working remotely once a week also possible.
