Job Title: Criminal Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Depending upon qualifications, the successful applicant will be placed at a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II or Sr. Deputy Prosecuting Attorney I or II classification
Job summary: The Grays Harbor County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is seeking resumes from highly motivated and qualified individuals to fill a Criminal Deputy Prosecuting Attorney position. Duties may include prosecution of Superior Court and/or Juvenile Court cases. The deputy prosecutor may be assigned based on qualification and experience as a juvenile deputy or a felony deputy. Under the direction of the Prosecuting Attorney, the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney will provide legal representation to prosecute a broad range of difficult and complex criminal cases in Juvenile, and/or Superior Court including bench and jury trials of felonies, gross misdemeanors and violations that occur in Grays Harbor County.
